VILLA L’ANTICA POSTA HAS GONE GREEN WITH RENEWABLE AND SUSTAINABLE ENERGY
We are proud to announce that Villa l'Antica Posta is now working towards becoming an eco-friendly sustainable property! As part of this initiative we have a discrete installation of photo voltaic panels which meet the strict local conservation area regulations and have become fully operational for the 2015 season. This is expected to make Villa l’ Antica Posta virtually energy self sufficient for much of the year and feeds surplus power back to the grid.
Combined with a heat pump system which runs the under floor cooling in the summer and the under floor heating in the winter the system is expected to make big savings in overall energy costs for the property and the environment.
