COOKING CLASSES ORGANISED BY VILLA L'ANTICA POSTA:

TRUFFLE THEMED class:

The day starts with a truffle hunting excursion with the hunter and his dog in the nearby woods followed by a 3 hour long truffle themed cooking class where you will learn to plan a truffle inspired menu. After the lesson the group will be invited to sit down and enjoy the delicious truffle dishes created during the lesson with some good wine. You will also receive a complimentary cookery book and apron to take home.

BREAD & FOCACCIA MAKING CLASS:

You will learn to prepare 4 different types of bread and focaccia with rosemary and one with cheese. The lesson is followed by a light lunch of charcuterie, cheeses and bruschette combined with the breads you will have created during the lesson. You will also receive a complimentary cookery book and apron to take home.

PRICE: 70 Euro per person

 

FRESH PASTA MAKING CLASS: 

You will learn to make a number of different types of fresh pasta including tagliatelle, ravioli and maltagliati. After the lesson you will sit down and enjoy the dishes created during the lesson. You will also receive a complimentary cookery book and apron to take home.

COMPLETE ITALIAN 4 COURSE MENU:

During the lesson you will learn to prepare a basic Italian 4 course menu with Antipasto, Primo(first course), Secondo(main course) and Dessert. After the lesson you will sit down and enjoy the dishes created during the lesson. You will also receive a complimentary cookery book and apron to take home.

PRICE: 90 Euro per person

 

All course will be held at a nearby professional cooking school with state of the art kitchens and utensils, it's own organic vegetable garden that supplies the school with fresh seasonal veg and free roaming chickens that supply the school with fresh eggs used in the fresh pasta dough. All lesson start at 9 am and last approximately 3 hours + lunch.
